Eurocentral Success

CENTRALPOINT at Eurocentral adjacent to the £330 million Maxim Office Park development, has attracted its first tenant. TRAC International, a supplier of specialist engineering services, has taken a ten-year lease on the 41,266 sq ft Athena building, a new industrial unit.

Rab Watt, director of TRAC said: “This is an excellent move for our company and is part of our longer term growth and development strategy. We aim to consolidate our existing Central Belt operations under one roof which will allow our teams to work more closely in continuing to provide our customers with the highest standard of service.”

Karen Campbell, chief executive TAL CPT Land Development, who is in charge of the Centralpoint development, said: "Securing a letting of this magnitude and so early on in the creation of this scheme is of significant news, especially given the current market conditions. The Enterprise Zone status at Centralpoint allows us to offer very attractive incentives packages on state of the art new build industrial units."
