Global asset management consultancy Currie & Brown has announced it will create a new operating centre at Maxim Office Park at Eurocentral, the prestigious development located on the M8 in Lanarkshire. The deal comes on the back of a string of recent lettings at Maxim with Currie & Brown taking an initial 12,000 square feet within the park’s Building Three with further expansion options in the building. The new base will give the firm centrally located office space, as well as its operations in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
